Natasha Samuelsen, Director
Natasha Samuelsen has more than 30 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Her work began shortly after college, providing residential and behavioral support to children and adults with developmental disabilities in Humboldt County. Over the years, she has worked in residential care, supported living, autism services, behavioral support, advocacy, and program administration.
Natasha earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Meridian University. During her graduate training, she interned as a psychotherapist at Redwood Coast Regional Center and later worked as a psychological assistant in private practice, primarily serving Regional Center clients and their families. Her clinical background helped shape a person-centered, relationship-based approach that emphasizes dignity, individual choice, advocacy, and meaningful community involvement.
Drawing on decades of experience in the developmental services field, Natasha founded Radiance Living, LLC to provide individualized supported living services for adults in Humboldt County. As Executive Director, she is committed to creating an agency where each person is known as an individual, services are built around their unique needs and goals, and clients are supported in creating lives that are as independent, connected, and fulfilling as possible.

Kira Barrera, Program Coordinator
Kira Barrera is a dedicated Program Coordinator at Radiance Living, a Supported Living Agency committed to empowering individuals to live fulfilling, meaningful lives of their choosing. With nearly 10 years of experience working in the field, Kira brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to her work supporting individuals in her community.
Kira’s passion for this work is deeply personal. Having a sister with a disability, Kira was inspired by the compassionate and dedicated people who supported her sister and family throughout their journey. Their impact helped shape Kira’s desire to build a career centered around supporting others and making a meaningful difference in their lives. Known for her caring, empathetic, ambitious, and strong-willed nature, Kira is passionate about helping people access the support and opportunities they need to live the lives they want. She believes everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and understanding, while having the freedom to make choices about their own lives.
Outside of work, Kira enjoys all things crafty and creative. She brings that same enthusiasm, thoughtfulness, and heart to both her personal and professional life, always striving to make a positive difference in the lives of those around her.
